Nazim holds a BA degree in Economics from the State University of Azerbaijan, an MA in Computer Science and Information Technology from the Brooklyn College City University of New York, has certificates in Leading Successful Programs and Driving Government Performance from the Kennedy School of Government of the Harvard University.He has a certificate in Strategic Management using Balanced Scorecard awarded by the George Washington University College of Professional Studies. Nazim is PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner & Managing Successful Programs Practitioner.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Treasury Community of the Public Expenditure Management Peer Assisted Learning program as well as the head of Information Technology thematic group organized and supported by the World Bank.
